UTTANA PADASANA

TECHNIQUE:

I. Lie down in a flat postture with back and neck straight.

II. Slowely raise both legs to 45' at first then to 90'

III. Maintain this pesture for 20to30 seconds

IV. Then slowely come to lying position and relax.


TIMING: 20TO 3o secondes, do 2to 3 times.
