PASCHIMOTTASANA

TECHNIQUE:

I. Sit on the floor stretch both legs straight.

II. Catch the toes with the hands.

III. You should bend forward and draw the belly in ward.

IV. Slowely bend your head to touch the knee.

V. Bend the head between the hands the elbows , should touch the floor.


TIMING: Do this asana 20 to 30 secondes only,for 2 to 3 times.
