NAVSANA

Technique:

1. Sit on mt with booth legs straight.

2. Slowly lift booth legs at 45' level.

3. Slowly bring your body also forward, sitting only on your buttocks.

4. Lift your hands stretched straight above your knees.

5. Slowly come to norml position lie down and relax.


TIMING :

20 to 30 seconds
